Mental Signs can include always worrying; feeling overwhelmed; forgetfulness; hard time concentrating; or struggling to make decisions. Behaviour changes may consist of being irritable; being snappy; eating too much or too little; increase in drinking; increase in smoking: sleeping too much or too little; or trying to avoid particular people and places.
